The location is totally convenient with easy access from the airport using public transport plus super easy access to the city i mean. the hotel staff are genuinely friendly and cute. I appreciate that! facilities for luggage storage after check out exist with no hassle that's useful. i really like the easy access to everything!
the bathroom wall to the bedroom is part frosted glass i saw it. it has no sound insulation properties also you can see through the top and bottom sections this means minimal privacy there.

i loved how close this place is to the metro it is only a few minutes away i also really liked the variety in the breakfast it was so worth it plus the supermarket close by gave me more choices overall the staff was very helpful. our room had awesome views we saw a beautiful landscape i appreciated the quiet and clean space in our room it really helped me relax after long days.
the squeaky headboard created a racket whenever i moved on the bed that was not great

The breakfast spread was AMAZING!!! I found a wide selection of dishes suitable for everyone. The hotel staff were helpful. They promptly addressed any concerns I had, which I appreciated.
The hallways were somewhat narrow, so maneuvering around service carts proved a bit difficult.

I received a complimentary room upgrade. The room felt luxurious and was on the 15th floor. From there was a very nice view to surroundings. The hotel provides very easy access to the airport.
I noticed that the free wifi in the hotel was unreliable. This posed an issue, especially considering the hotel markets itself as a conference location. Room service consistency also was like it lacked, as staff only picked up towels.

inconsistent air conditioningsubpar cleanliness
the air conditioning was inconsistent i couldn't seem to adjust it to a comfortable temperature the room felt either too cold or stuffy this made it difficult to sleep well also i found the bathroom cleanliness to be subpar there was noticeable mold in the shower area and the grout looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly in a while it made the room feel less fresh and inviting
